Our 2025 conference theme is The Power of Personality: EQ Unlocked.  We have two streams of presentations, themed for Personal Growth, and for Relating to Others – the two core aspects of Emotional Intelligence.

We’ll explore how knowing about and applying Type and EQ can help us navigate our work and home lives more successfully.  You’ll be able to reflect on your own personal growth and relationships. You’ll learn how to help others with inspiring insights and practical tools.

You can meet and chat with others throughout the day, in our open room, so it’s a great opportunity to talk type and share insights with each other
