Viv Kelly

Throughout Viv's career she has been interested in psychology.  She developed an interest in psychological type about 20 years ago and qualified in MBTI Step 1, which she used initially to deepen her own self knowledge of what she stood for and her inner drives.  Shortly after qualifying, Viv discovered Susan Nash and had the privilege of completing a train the trainer programme in Temperament and Interaction Styles with Sue.  She became a founder member of Sue's Type Academy which centred around the exploration and deepening of type knowledge and the practical application of type.  After this, surrounded by experts and full of curiosity, Viv was hooked and has continued to strive to find ways to deepen her knowledge of psychological type ever since. Viv also has a keen interest in coaching, mentoring and leadership.

Viv holds an MA in Leadership and has a diverse background as a business leader.   She increasingly found herself attracted to roles where change leadership was needed where her qualifications and knowledge of type and coaching could really help her to help people navigate through change, bridge relationships/conflict, deepen understanding of team dynamics and help people to fulfil their potential.  

Viv has been a member of the Board of BAPT and our Membership Secretary since April 2022.  

The majority of Viv's spare time is spent looking after her two horses but she also enjoys travelling and going to the theatre / live music whenever she can.
